This is by far the best flood/temp sensor I have owned. Appealing design with lots of options for connectivity and external power. I have rental properties and have always struggled with sensor battery replacement, no longer with this sensor. I have wired one directly into my alarm system as well as monitoring it via z-wave. Only draw back at this time is no temperature or tilt support for Vera. I hope this will change soon.
