I bought a new home five years ago. It takes only a stong wind storm to lift cover and sometimes let it fly. Seeking to replace the flimsy cover, I had to by the entire unit; only to use the cover. I sure it will happen again. I would not install this item. Get something substantial that can hold up to common elements.
